Honey: Uses, Health Benefits and Risks

Honey is common to most homes, being used in a variety of ways – as food additive, as food sweetener, as hair-food, etc. Honey is a product of bees. It is made by bees from the nectar of flowers. There are different grades of honey based on how clear it is. The raw honey is usually darker in colour and less expensive; while the filtered or refined honey is lighter and more expensive.
